With the development of network technology and information technology, people’s mode of production, life style and learning style are occurring profound changes. In this case, also under the strong impact of information technology, education including education goal, education structure and education content, education method and teaching evaluation has important change. The traditional unidirectional teaching method relied mainly on teachers is been broken. And the teaching method which takes the students as main body, teachers as leadership is formed.The objects of the junior college education to cultivate are between engineers and technical workers, their cultural base is relatively weak but they have professional skills, strong adaptability, etc. They urgently need a new education teaching method to promote their interest in learning, enhance their learning motivation. Higher vocational technology educational informationization is to apply modern education technology fully and use multi-media teaching and computer assisted teaching commonly to promote a change of teaching mode, teaching process and teaching method, provide better service to the higher vocational education in the process of education teaching.Teaching assistant system based on campus network is the network teaching platform which is researched and developed based on the above reason. In teaching resources platform, according to the teaching content, the teacher can upload all kinds of teaching materials and curriculum resources, assign homework to practice and set up exercise warehouse and so on. Students can register for the permission of the courses to overall know the information about the syllabus, content, progress, reference and web material of the courses. On the one hand, students clear about the study purpose of this course, and make learning become targeted responses, on the other hand, students can freely arrange time, according to the teacher’s overall requirements about curriculum study, they are free to learn, and after completion of the study, they do exercises and test study effect by themselves. This system uses ASP (ACTIVE SERVER PAGES) a high-level language to program, and regards access database as application database. Its development that wages manages primarily includes the establishing of backstage database with support and the head apply two aspects of the procedure’s developments. The whole system is composed of two parts:the subsystems of students and teachers.The widely application of the teaching assistant system introduces the classroom instruction to a new realm. It highlights the role of students’ active learning, built a mode which broke the traditional teaching mode and a new model of self-learning that is not subject to time and geographical constraints. It also changes the state that teachers are writing on the blackboard while explaining and makes teachers free from the state that they hard work on the blackboard.
