With the development of computer technology, the requirements of Education Informationization are increasing. At present, China's Education Informationization has transformed to the development and utilization of information and knowledge resources from the promotion and application of information technology. However, the most important problem is the lack of educational resources, the baulk of applications and the insufficient of effect. In addition, there are lots of other problems, for example, the development and utilization of educational resources promote a low degree, the infrastructure not meet the needs of network education, the resources are scattered and lack of effective integration and sharing, the Education Informationization of vocational school and rural high and elementary school lags, the applications and services of Education Informationization have a lower level, and so on. Network teaching system, educational resources management system, resource site clusters, and the automatic curriculum evaluation system are the four major needs of Educational Informationization, and the type of demand has transformed to soft from hard. In view of the above trends and needs, this paper designs and implements one Art Assistant Teaching System in Nine-year compulsory education.The paper determines scope of the system design and development, through the trimming of traditional art teaching in the stage of compulsory education. At the same time, the paper analyzes in depth the problem that the traditional classroom teaching can not meet the growing learning needs of students, and puts forwards one solution of constructing a teaching assistant and simulation system. Through the analysis on the current status and operations of art teaching in high school, this paper determines the new model and new requirements of the art teaching in computer technology and network environment, designs one Art Assistant Teaching System and implements the main business-related modules of art database management, online teaching, art appreciation, discussion and intercommunion, and work evaluation.The system provides a good environment for information sharing, online teaching and discussion. The development of art database builds and shares the information of students and teachers. On this base, the system implements art appreciation on the internet, and makes the synchronous settings for the audio and video resources in order to on-demand learning of the remote users. The system provides a space of teacher-student intercommunion and work evaluation, realizes the online question and online scoring for students' work, so that the learners can learn based on collaboration and research to improve their practical ability of accessing and processing information, and to cultivate a good art diathesis.The Art Assistant Teaching System for high school has implemented the primary business modules and completed the necessary tests after more than one year of design and development. The system has been applied to the actual teaching, brought greater changes for the traditional classroom teaching, and achieved the purpose of teaching revolution.
