Design And Implementation A Client Of Dispatcher Station Voice System Based On Android System

As the maturing of wireless network technology, mobile communication technology, multimedia technology and the decrease of wireless terminal cost, the third generation mobile communication technology has found its growing popularity and acceptance in our society. And then the application based on wireless application characteristics of new industry model has appeared. Combining the Internet with mobile communication in application of the dispatching system, the system with a new methods and means becomes more fastly, accurately, reliably and completely. With the expanded market share, rapid development, broad prospects,and the cheaper, more powerful features, Andriod system, a kind of open source operating system based on Linux,has catch large number of firms’ attention which plan to exploit mobile terminal of the dispatching system on the Android platform.This thesis introduces the basic knowledge of exploitation of Android,pertaining to the voice communication based on network transmission, the principle of calling mobile phone camera and openning the photo album, as well as how to use GPS to locate and information extraction and how to handle the process of mobile phones, furthermore the research that how to realize communication with dispatcher station server. VoIP technology, one of the most competitive technology, has been used in the dispatching of voice communication. The VoIP technology in detail based on SIP protocol, which has a lot of flexibility in practical application, are researched.In Android mobile phone operating system, dispatching function module are thoroughly disicussed, the comprehensive scheme of the mobile terminal are designed and implemented for dispatching system.This part mainly introduces the process of design and realization for the client of the system module. This subsystem realizes the VoIP voice calling function based on SIP protocol, the function of using Mobile phone GPS to extract the location information which need upload to the server, the function of checking the location of the staff which can achieve track playback for dispatching center,the function of uploading the real-time photos or selecting photos in mobile phone photo album and the function of uploading or downloading task forms and management process.Moreover, logining in the system, it can recognize a user through sending their name all the time. The way of uploading files which uses the HTTP POST attached with all information of staff’s name can solve the problem of which empolyee’s data was send to dispatching center serverUsing smart phone terminal the employees armed with to do dispatch, that is combining real-time conversations, location positioning, photos uploaded and workflow mode together and setting instant voice calls, map location and work order management to a body, implemented efficient, real-time and closed loop management in client. The system can keep staff and dispatch personnel on real-time communication and transmit data and conditions to dispatch personnel or related staff to make them together for efficiently performance.
