With the rapid development of science and technology, production modes of large amounts of enterprises have gradually got rid of handmade.The production efficiency has significantly increased and the quality of the product has improved owing to the application of computer technology and information management.But so far, even though automation has been implemented in the production process, there are still many enterprises lack of product management and product quality information processing.In the aspect of quality information collectionand products management, automation hasn’t completely implemented. Meanwhile, products quality data and inventory management network hasn’t implemented. There exists a small numbers of software aiming at quality data collection and inventory products management.Automated data collection, efficient data management and orderly Inventory productsrecords contribute to making strategy based on data for the enterprises, which is imperative.A management system is customized for quality data collection as well as inventory positioning and counting in this thesis with feasible technical scheme which satisfies the demands of clients.Quality data collection function as well as inventory positioning and counting function are introduced respectively. The designing and implementation of the systems is mainly discussed in this thesis.Under the great trend of mobile internet, designing based on bluetooth, RFID, Android development, database, wireless networks makes both systems broad application prospects. The system has realized the "wireless data collection","wireless data transmission","data collection simplification" and "data management network".In the process of designing, according to the demands of enterprise, efficient quality data and inventory counting data collections are done using simple mobile device. In addition, these data is transmitted to the enterprise database through WLAN in every workshop. Finally, these data is used for storage, query, statements printing and so on, which could make it more convenient for the staffs in enterprise to enhance the management level. With adoption of the scheme, it will more efficiently make good use of products quality information for enterprise, and enhance the competitive ability of enterprise.
