This paper gives the detailed design of counterfeit detection system for paper money, and the preliminary research on recognition method of magnetic image feature. We used several counterfeit detection means for paper money counting machine, which improved the ability of counterfeit identification. From the function, the control system was divided into three subsystems, including motor drive subsystem, data acquisition and processing subsystem, the human-computer interaction design subsystem. Actuators of motor drive subsystem were controlled by control signals of MCU and results of data processing. Data acquisition and processing subsystem were mainly responsible for the signal acquisition and processing of fluorescent signals, infrared signals and magnetic signals to complete the identification. The human-computer interaction subsystem included button, display, alarm and other functions. Relationship between the three subsystems, layer by layer, formed a complete paper money recognition system.In this paper, the controller of paper money counting machine used a STM32chip. Mainly work I did as follows:The basic principle of paper money counting machine and counterfeit detection means for paper money were deeply studied. The general structure was made according to the functional requirements.Control system hardware circuit was designed into three parts, including data acquisition module, motor driver module and human-computer interaction module. Besides, the circuit reliability design was taken into account.System software was designed following the theory of modularization.systematical debugging was did.The feature recognition method of magnetic image of paper money were studied, including magnetic image acquisition, image preprocessing, feature recognition. |
