The reciprocating motion in line is a kind of movement form adopted extensively in the industry, when is using in such trades as chemical industry, biological product, pharmacy, food processing and air conditioner refrigeration, etc., which requires good seal, no leakage or the friction loss should be little between the part of the reciprocating motion and machine shell. But in these trades, these problems can't get very good settlement. With the development of the permanent magnetism material and progress of magnetic force drive technology, the use of magnetic force transmission mechanism becomes more and more widely. This subject for research aims at calculating the axial force of the magnetic force transmission mechanism of reciprocation in line, molding system dynamic model, experiment and study, etc..This paper studies the magnetic transmission mechanism from the perspective of dynamics has calculated the axial transmission capacity in detail, has established a reasonable system dynamic model of the magnetic transmission mechanism, and has designed the program of the dynamic experiments.This article consists of six parts show as followed:I .IntroductionThis part has introduced the magnet, magnetic materials, development state of magnetic force drive technology, and classification of magnetic force driver. And on this basis, has explained the magnetic drive mechanism in detail. II. Principle and structure of the magnetic force transmission mechanism of reciprocation in lineFirst of all, this part has told the basic physical quantity of the magnetic field; Secondly, has introduced the vocabulary of terms in the magnetic force drive technology secondly, has introduced the principle and structure of the magnetic force transmission mechanism of reciprocation in line finally. These knowledges provide theoretical support to further study on the magnetic drive mechanism.IQ. The axial force of the magnetic force driver has been calculatedAt first, this part has studied the equivalent magnetic charge theory and the mathematics model of magnetic force which was based on it, has detailed calculated the magnetic force from different surface of the inner and outer magnetic ring by using Matlab. It has got complete performance curve between the magnetic force and the relative displacement between the inner and outer magnetic ring through calculation, has fitted the performance curve into linear in definite range, which has simplified the magnetic force calculation and its application.IV .The dynamic modeling and analysis of the reciprocating motion of magnetic force drive in lineThis part has established dynamic model of the magnetic driver mechanism according to dynamics theory, made a detailed study of the parameters in the model and established mathematics model to each parameter. The paper also has calculated and emulated the model by the software of Matlab.V. Experiment research and analysis of the reciprocating motion magnetic force drive in lineAimed at a different valve angle and different frequency, the writer has done extensive experiments on the reciprocating motion magnetic force drive in line, and measured the variable law of magnetic force and relative displacement. Trough experimental data, it tests the theory about magnetic force only with the relative displacement and has nothing with the valve angle and the frequency. Compared with the theoretic value, it tests the correctness of the theoretic axial force. At last, the writer calculated the efficiency of the magnetic drive mechanism by the method of the linear curve fitting.VI. Conclusion and research foregroundThe conclusion of this article is given, and the research direction of further magnetic force transmission mechanism of reciprocating in line has been proposed imagining, then combine the practice, the research prospect and the reciprocating mechanism of magnetic force drive in line have been probed into.
