Along with the popularization and development of the Internet, Many schoolsand enterprises build their own personnel management system. But at present thepersonnel management system of our school are implemented by differenttechnologies, so it’s hard to maintain. This topic is digital campus in the personnelsystem of faculty information archiving management development, whose purpose isto grasp the basic information of the faculty accurately and quickly.This topic is a personnal file management system, which established a relativelycomplete management of staff information. The core of my paper is the established ofan archive database, which is not only based on an annual, but also the name is basedon an annual. And we can migrate data from offical database to our archived database, Then we can query data in these tables or for an statistical analysis.The general contents of this paper is: The first step is to archive some forms offaculty information, and then to query of the archive information and display; thesecond step is based on the personnel system of personnel data for statistics analysisreport, represented by forms and charts, which is convenient for school leaders toknow the staff situation; the third step is to backup the faculty information, which canalso be queryed; finally is to fill in the corresponding forms and export. The systemuses uniform framework to achieve more functions on the basis of the originalfunctions, which is convenient to manage and maintain.This system uses MVC pattern which combined the Struts, Spring and Hibernateto develop the Web server, which makes the system miniaturization, simple and clear.The front interface use the JSP and Struts2technology to achieve the interaction withuser, while the background interface uses Struts2technolgy to control the skip ofbusiness logic. This system achieved the dependence-injection of diffferent classesand the management of affairs by using the Spring technology, using Hibernatetechnology to access to database in persistent layer. In order to achieve the finalfuncitionality, iReport and FusionCharts is also used. In the other aspect, it will reducethe load of the database, which through the establishment of the archive, and thequery or the statistical analysis based on the archive which provide visual analysisresults, are very convenient for school administrators to know the basic information of the staff; at the same time, it will be convenient for teachers to fill out someforms,view some information, and then the teachers can preserve these forms, whichcan also be exported to PDF or WORD.
