Design And Implementation Of Personalized Learning System Based On Custom Service

With the rapid development of computer network and information technology, network education has been widely applied to the lifelong education. Under the influence of personalized learning theory, learners become more and more urgent demand for personalized learning.So, how to design and develop a personalized learning system, how to provide personalized custom services for learners of network is becoming a hot spot of research.At present, the research about custom service at home and abroad mainly in the tourism, library and information, digital library, computer software and computer applications, industrial and financial aspects, and so on.There is very few no research institutions or individuals applying custom services to personalized learning system or other education areas.In order to solve this situation, this paper apply customized service to the field of education, introduce custom technology into the design and development of personalized learning, designed and developed a personalized learning system based on the learning resources custom. At first, this paper measuring learners’ learning style through Felder Silverman learning style scale, to acquire the type of learners’ learning style.Then puts forward a framework of the learning resource information extraction, which transferred the core of the information extraction to the client, reducing the loads on the server side, this extraction has good performance and portability. After learners’ input custom information in the client, the system collect, process, and analyses the customized learner’s learning resource information, acquire the general rules of automatic extraction and then savethe rules to the database by using the framework. And on this basis, according to the learners’ personal information, learning styles, bespoke learning resource information, levels of knowledge, cognitive ability and study information established a personalized learner model. To guide the learners’ learning, which provide the basis for the recommendation of learning resource. Finally, describe the desaign and implementation of personalized learning system based on the customized service, from the design of system overall structure, database, function module the implementation of code and the system test. The test results show that the system has good performance of extraction and extraction efficiency.
