To understanding of agricultural statistics related business, this paper focuseson agricultural statistics crops into part of a comprehensive system of analysis andresearch, combined with the key technology of mobile GIS, based on the Androidplatform to develop a set of suitable for agricultural statistics of crops to survey thefield acquisition of software system, the system includes project management, fielddata collection, field data upload content of three major parts.And crop survey reportsystem has developed a set of system that is based on reporting form to developsoftware, the software solved the problems report system is difficult to realize in theagricultural statistical investigation, also as part of the crop of survey datapreparation.Form to develop software in independent research and development of desktopGIS underlying expand above, by the concept of sketch a vector plot to make tables,vector quantization table.Tabular data on the mobile end as vector map, parse anddisplay on the screen, thus to realize the process of agricultural statistical reportsystem.Crop agricultural statistics of investigation field data acquisition, includingspatial data and attribute data acquisition of two parts.Spatial data collection in fielddata acquisition is mainly to survey plot outline, namely, vector quantization offields to investigate by sketching out the area of the plot will be automaticallycalculated plot, as attributes data to fill in the table.Data acquisition is divided intoregular attribute data acquisition and multimedia attribute information collection.Incrops on land survey field collection, according to the statistical business process tosurvey period.Data binding survey period and space, in this system by selectingdifferent base layer to distinguish between survey period.Real-time data are uploaded to survey information back to the command centerserver, on the one hand, in order to facilitate the command center for investigationprogress monitoring and scheduling, solved the problem of the mobile storage spaceis limited.On the other hand is to be able to shorten data timely return after the survey data processing time, improve the efficiency of agricultural statistics fieldinvestigation.Paper finally puts forward some conclusions about the programming andoutlook.
