Food and medical industries often need to monitor and analyse some sugar solution concentration, the conventional detecting methods of the sugar solution concentration are time consuming and low accuracy, ultrasonic detecting technology can overcome the deficiency of the traditional detecting method, to realize the high precision measurement of the sugar solution concentration. Based on the analysis of the ultrasonic time difference methods, this paper puts forward the phase difference method for the sugar concentration detection, and densigns the sugar concentration detecting system based on the ultrasonic. The content mainly completed is as follows:First, based on the theory that ultrasonic has different acoustic properties in the different concentrations of the liquid solution, puts forward the phase difference method to detect the ultrasonic sugar solution concentration. At the foundation of the present ultrasonic time difference measurement, this system uses the phase difference as the measurement parameters of the sugar solution concentration, and establishes the mathematical mode of the sugar concentration, the phase and the temperature.Second, according to the measurement principle of the ultrasonic checking phase type, this system chooses two pairs of200kHz ultrasonic waterproof focusing sensor which can receive and send signal, respectively put in purified water and the being tested sugar solution, by detecting the phase difference value of the two concentrations realizes the sugar solution concentration measurement.Third, makes the system hardware circuit design of the sugar solution concentration detection system, uses the MSP430microcontroller to provide ultrasonic drive signal for the ultrasonic transducers, by the conditioning circuit geting the phase difference of two road receiveing signals, finally sends out the current concentration signal by the MCU data processing.Last, makes the single-chip microcomputer software design of the sugar solution concentration detection system, by IAR programming software designs the ultrasonic drive signal, the temperature measurement, the A/D conversion, the infrared calibration and the other function modules programming.The system design owns the features of simple hardware circuit,low cost, online real-time detection. The theory and experiment show that, this method has prominent advantages among many commonly used detecting methods, and it will have good development prospect after further perfect.
