In recent years,considering natural gas' s advantages of environmental safety and economic benefits,the domestic use of natural gas in the city basically replaced the traditional energy such as liquefied petroleum gas in the country's strong support.The leakage is the biggest security risk in daily use of gas.At present,domestic natural gas alarmers at home and abroad are widely based on semiconductor and catalytic sensor and the sensor generally has the problems of poor stability,high power consumption as well as short service life,which has brought hidden risks to domestic gas safety further.In order to ensure the safe use of natural gas,it is very important to develop a set of high performance natural gas detection system for people's life safety.Based on the difference of the velocity of the ultrasonic wave in different medium,a new ultrasonic phase difference method is proposed.The alarm is mainly divided into two parts: methane concentration detection module and wireless communication module.The design of dual channel measurement channel and reference channel is used in this work,which transforms the speed difference of the ultrasonic wave into the phase difference,and the change of the gas concentration is reflected by the measured phase difference.Meanwhile,the digital temperature sensor is used to compensate the sensitivity,which extends the working temperature range and the precision of the sensor.Detection data is connected to the Internet through the Wi Fi wireless communication module,and the data is stored on the cloud server.The data of gas information can be viewed in real time through the computer or smart phone application?The ultrasonic phase difference method is closely combined with the Wi FI wireless communication according to the design.Combined with the application of mobile intelligent device,the alarm information can be monitored timely.After the experimental test of ultrasonic wireless methane alarm,the results show that the alarm can timely and accurately alarm.The standard meets the requirements of the civil gas alarm and the gas alarm has a broad market prospects.
