The Design Of Telecom Installed And Maintenance System For IPhone

Since corporate strategic transformation was implemented, China Telecomhas provided a wide variety of communication services to subscribers. With theincreasing of subscribers and business year by year, some problems are needed tobe solved: How to establish an effective installation and maintenancemanagement system to regulate the work flow, improve staff performanceappraisal, optimize resources, and improve efficiency. Currently, installation andmaintenance staffs have to get the paper worksheet in the company every day,and then do the work on the worksheet, this process is not only waste time, butalso inefficient. During the construction, a new work order can not be receivedtimely and the work order execution time is artificially extended, therefore, theentire business process is inefficiency and the satisfaction of customers is hard tobe improved.Aiming at these problems, electronic telecom installation and maintenancemanagement system is described in this paper, which is based on iPhone platformand could implement intelligent scheduling of installation, demolition, moving,repair worksheets effectively, and unified manage these worksheets, andvisualization of real-time monitoring. The MVC design method is used in thisprogram, and the system is divided into4basic modules, they are User demandmodule, Network module, Analysis module and Database module. Through thesystem requirements analysis, all of the features that User demand modulerequired are determined. The network interface data transfer protocol betweenmobile platform and WEB platform, laid the foundation for the networkinteraction between iPhone platform and WEB platform, is developed by theHTTP protocol. In addition, to storage and access data, the data sheet and SQLitedatabase are designed. The implementation processes of four basic modules arediscussed in this paper, including the http transfer process, json parsing, database calls, etc, and through Objective-C language by Xcode software at iOS, theinstallation and maintenance client software for iPhone is developed.Finally, the main functions of installation and maintenance system based oniPhone platform are tested on the real hardware, and the test results show that thesystem performance is stable and worksheet is efficiency, and it is fit for real-time management, so business efficiency is improved greatly.
