Operating mechanism intelligent detection system is an important part of low voltageelectrical appliances intelligent detection system, his topic is focused on the operationmechanism of intelligent detection system. This detection system is an indispensablecomponent t of the modern low voltage electrical appliances in the process of thedevelopment. however, the current low voltage electrical detection system generally isrelatively backward in our country, mainly is the manual and pneumatic detection system,the detection type single, low efficiency and poor reliability of the detection system. Alongwith the information technology and industrial automation control technology rapiddevelopment, the application of PLC (programmable controller) and touch screen is matureand widely, It is necessary to realize automatic control of operation mechanism detectionsystem. In view of this, we put forward this thesis research direction.This paper analysis the working principle of the intelligent detection system ofoperating mechanism, and then divided it into mechanical system, electrical system andcontrol system. The design of test system in the paper can set parameters,such as operationspeed, operation torque, power on time and interval time, initial position and so on, At thesame time, the test system can real-time display operation torque, rotating speed, thenumber of trials and the running state of the mechanism. The specific work and innovationpoints are as follows:1.Mechanical system is designed according to the mechanism design requirements,and the mechanical system is divided into the clamping mechanism, positioning andactuators, and formulate each mechanism design scheme respectively;2. The control scheme of electrical control system is designed according to the controlrequirements, and selecting the main components, designing the main road and controlcircuit according to the control scheme in the electrical system, and finish the hardwareconfiguration. 3. The lower program was designed based on PLC, introduces the PLC program design of thebasic steps, choose PLC control mode, and according to the system input/output signal,for the I/Oaddress to assignment, On the basis of this, using modular design of the ladder diagram towrite PLC application program. In the control panel adopt the automatic control andmanual control switching control mode, making the operation conveniently. Finally, thispaper introduces the control system of the explosion and anti-interference measures.4. Introducing the upper machine control system design based on the Eviewconfiguration software, First of all, according to the operating mechanism of the processrequirement planning man-machine interface, and then apply ergonomic principles, the use ofstandardized design mode,which complete man-machine interface configuration,thus realizedproduction advanced development management function as realtime monitoring siteequipment operation, the actual production operation condition and production data offlinemanagement.After the installation of the detection system is complete, the system is single andon-line debugged, and the design index of the intelligent detection system of the operatingmechanism were tested, Such as the rotation speed, operating torque, etc. The test resultsshow that this detection system in the trial product testing process with high controlprecision, easy operation, reliable visual characteristics. Various performance indicators tomeet the design requirements, Compared with the traditional detection system, thedetection efficiency is raised by25%. At present, the detection system has been officiallyput into operation in Shanghai electric appliance science research institute, and wasrecognized by the relevant experts.
