Design And Implementation Of Liaoning Broadcast Television Monitoring And Supervision Management System

Along with the rapid development of broadcast television advertisements and programs, the supervision over them is greatly increased with growing complexity. In order to enhance the management level and fully give play to the surveillance function of the broadcast television’s administrative department, it is imperative to develop an efficient broadcast television monitoring and supervision management system. Therefore, a management system specific to the characteristics of supervision business and management mode in Liaoning broadcast television monitoring center is developed in this thesis.In the system, ASP.NET programming technology is adopted, the background database is established with SQL SERVER2000, and the B/S structure that is the most popular currently is employed. Besides, the personnel management subsystem, illegal advertisement management subsystem, illegal audio and video management subsystem, column management subsystem, briefing management subsystem, information distribution management subsystem and system management subsystem are all integrated as one, which fully satisfies the requirements of Liaoning broadcast television monitoring center on the system.In this thesis, the development background of Liaoning broadcast television monitoring and supervision management system is firstly explained, the requirements of Liaoning broadcast television monitoring center on the system are then analyzed, and the process of establishing the system’s logic model and data model is discussed afterwards. In the implementation part, the implementation method of each module of the system is introduced. In the last part of the thesis, the results and conclusions of system testing are provided and the assumption about the improvement of the system in the future is also given.
