The conception of combination of vitual and physical experiments means components modeling and simulation experiments based on Modelica and physical experiments through remote web access. The whole system is baesd on B/S architecture, which covers five courses: circuit theory, MCU, digital electronics, analog electronics, microelectronics, which is a comprehensive remote laboratory. Users can log on remote experimental system through a browser, without any restriction of time and place.This project is an extensional subject to a national science and technology key support projects titled "research and application of the key technologies of virtual experimental teaching environment"(No.2008BAH29B00).By integrating virtual simulation experiments based on B/S architecture and physical remote experimental system based on C/S architecture as a whole system, this project aims to create a combination of the virtual and real network experimental platform.Firstly, the background of remote network lab and development situation of domestic and foreign are discussed. Through appropriate analysis and comparison, combination of virtual and physical internet-based laboratory is proposed. Secondly, the network laboratory physical topological structure and the work flow of digital circuit experiment are described.Then user-defined data communication format of virtual and real combination is elaborated. And some front-side development technologies like Adobe Flex, Javascript, and MVC design pattern are introduced. Thirdly, some technology processing and relevant details about client side design and development based on Flex is highlighted.Finally,take a half adder experiment of digital circuit experiments as an example, the concept of virtual and real combination is further understood. Compared theoretical results to physical experiment results, users can have a better understanding of the corresponding experiments.
