The main content is as follows:On the background of long-distance of experimentally teaching, Carrying on the conceptual design of virtual experiment system on net, introducing the system's network structure, composition, function, technical construction.Carrying on the design of virtual experiment in computer network, choosing one experiment of computer network to simulate it, "the configuration of router" which includes two parts: "The 3D displays of router", "the configuration of router".Employing modeling tools such as 3DSMAX and Cosmo Worlds to modeling routers, and making use of JavaScript and VRML technology to control the display of routers.Making use of VRML technology to build up the 3D virtual experiment environment, dominating the entrance of the configuration environment.In the end, considering the experience in the development of system and the deficiency of system, simply making an outlook for the further research on the field.
