In order to satisfy the needs for control the servo system. Developed a portable test system to measure the servo system movement parameter. The system mainly focus on static parameters of servo system(including:azimuth and elevation) and dynamic parameters (including:azimuth velocity,azimuth acceleration, pitch speed and pitch acceleration). After a comprhensive analysis,the communication between this system and the system under test uses CAN bus and Ethernet interface.The system adopts DAQ based on PCI bus to colle ct the datas after the signal conditioning,which will complete the test after computer anlysis. In order to work normally in a complex envrironment, adopted the transmitter system is given priority to,before PC is complementary discrete model. Software systems,based on the development of CVI platform,using multi-threading technology and thread safe queue got great improve system performance.Experiments show that:the system test accuracy can reach to1percent and the system can reach the standard of all technical indicators.
