With the advanced mechanical and the load properties, the electric servo load has been challenging the traditional type of the electro-hydraulic servo load a lot.Now it becomes a new developing trend in simulate load field.Due to the domestic research on the electric servo load started late at the beginning of this century,there still exists certain gaps compared with the foreign countries and it limits the application and promotion of the electric servo load to some extent.In order to solve this problem,the paper designed a set of electric servo load and test system based on a certain type of linear motion mechanism,aimed to take a loading test on the mechanism through simulating its actual working condition,take a real-time monitoring and assess the mechanism’s working performance and reliability.Firstly,the paper made an overall project design of the load and test system and took specific design and finite element analysis on some related components and parts.The system turns rotory motion of electric machine into linear motion through ball screw pair, then a linear load can be achieved on the tested mechanism directly.Combining the system’s structure characteristics,a mathematical modeling of the system and a reliable control equation are given.Secondly,the paper made a theoretical research on the the extraneous torque’s generating principle and way of introduction. The system adopted a complex control strategy which contains feed forward based on structure-invariable theory and PID control so that the system could restrain the extraneous torque caused by the tested mechanism’s moving. It showed a great effect of restraining and satisfied the needs of the load and test after simulation test.So,it has a high reference value for engineering.Finally,the date acquisition system was carried out by using of LabVIEW software.It realized the functions of the sensor signal acquisition,processing and operation,helped to monitor the dynamic changes of various performance parameters in real-tine when loading and ensured the whole loading process under accurate control.
