Compound axis servo system is divided into a-CCD based tracker servo system and double-CCD based tracker servo system. Because of double-CCD based tracker more accuracy, double-CCD based tracker is more widely used. In this paper, a detailed discussion of coarse and fine compound axis control system for coarse and fine tracking system transfer function to optimize the settings. In the process of switching the detector to the target considered fast and random movement, through kalman forecasting techniques to predict and validate the simulation.Through the establishment of a single detector system model, the system determines the theory of decoupling control method, the influence of PZT tracker servo system, and conducted simulation. PZT tracker servo system detecting circuit design, experimental test data can be seen, the system significantly improved driver output tracking accuracy, telescopic error does not exceed0.2μm. Finally, on the basis of two-probe compound shaft systems on a single probe to build composite axis servo system demonstration platform, given the experimental test data, experimental results and theoretical studies have better consistency.
