Because of LD-pumped all-solid-state deep blue laser have advantages, such as color more full, wavelength shorter, more photonic energy big, it is popular in many fields application. I made a theoretical analysis and expermental study on LD pumped Nd:YVO4crystal, intracavity acousto-optic Q-switched and intracavity frequency doubling LBO crystal laser, and Realized the457pulse blue successful output. In the article, we analyzed the threshold power and oblique efficiency of the expression of quasi-three-level system and single pulse energy, pulse width and peak power of expression of acousto-optic Q-switched pulse laser, Got the output laser performances versus the pump power and repetition rate.We derived the three-mirror-fold cavity stability conditions base on the viewpoint of the geometrical optics. We employed MATLAB software programming to caculate cavity length and various cavity mirrorsWe built three-mirror-fold cavity pulse blue laser experiment system. Through the optimization of system, we detected the highest average power of1.3W when the pumping power is30W and repetition frequency is20KHZ. The largest instability is less than2%in one hour. The factor is less than2.513. The possible causes of impacting the beam quality are analyzed and discussed. Single pulse energy is65μJ. The optical-optical conversion efficiency is up to4.3%...
