First, the theoretical analysis of the working principle of semiconductor laser and the power supply requirements in this paper.On this basis, a high stability drive power supply is designed and manufactured, including the constant current source and a temperature control system. At the same time, designing current limiting, over-current, soft start three protection circuits to protect the security of the semiconductor laser.The size of the soft-start time can be adjusted.And drive circuit for the overall debug,the experiment proved that the current stability control less than5%,various protection circuit can work properly.Temperature acquisition using PSOC-based control system,PID adjust the temperature deviation,temperature control by TEC.Finally,to test the temperature control system, the experimental tesults show,temperature deviation control in about0.8℃, meet the design requirements. |
