Research Of Pump Source Driver Based On10W Pulsed Fiber Laser

First, the theoretical analysis of the working principle of semiconductor laser and the power supply requirements in this paper.On this basis, a high stability drive power supply is designed and manufactured, including the constant current source and a temperature control system. At the same time, designing current limiting, over-current, soft start three protection circuits to protect the security of the semiconductor laser.The size of the soft-start time can be adjusted.And drive circuit for the overall debug,the experiment proved that the current stability control less than5%,various protection circuit can work properly.Temperature acquisition using PSOC-based control system,PID adjust the temperature deviation,temperature control by TEC.Finally,to test the temperature control system, the experimental tesults show,temperature deviation control in about0.8℃, meet the design requirements.
