The engine oil hole、Brake separation pump bore and Hydraulic valve hole always have defect in the process of making function hole, if we can not find the defects of the hole, it will affect the use of machine performance normally. The system for defecting detection of inner surface hole was designed in the article. The system is based on rotating scanning test methods, using panoramic aiming technology and optical fiber sensing technology, Improvement the structure of the panoramic aiming, using the optical fiber to transmission and acquisition image of the defects inner surface hole, specific application to combine with soft shaft and hose to spiral scanning without interference, make sure neither leak scan nor rescan.Support mechanism、Slewing mechanism、Focusing mechanism and Expansion mechanism in the principal part of the movement of the detecting system was expounded in the article; Determine each part of the structure and the parameter of the optical element in the optical system, mainly, discusses to optimizing the focusing lens group to requirements of the achieve detection; Finally, discusses to selection that transmission image with the optical fiber and calculation the fiber coupling, at the same time, discusses to selection light source and the regulated power supply.Through the design analysis and related practice that make a conclusion, Inspection the hole surface defects by using optical fiber sensing technology can have the results of the quality. Through, the design method to offer the ideas for the same detection system, which lay the theoretical basis for automatic checking of inner surface hole.
