Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, positioning control system has been playing a more important role in the area of industrial control. Numerical control machines, robots, laser processing, precision instruments etc all involve concise positioning control. However, the application of AC servo motors transmission technology in recent years can obtain the high accuracy positioning control and lower the cost. As a actuator it is widely used in automatic control system and automatic testing system due to its small volume, light weight, large torque output, low inertia and good control performance. Therefore the research on the positioning control of the servo motor is of great value and significance.In this paper, the writer builds a three axis positioning control system based on DSP with servo MINAS A5produced by Panasonic company. Hardware system is based on TMS320F2812produced by TI Company as the control core to design the peripheral circuit and interface circuit and develop micro controller software and PC software. The final part of the paper is a summary of the overall control system, suggestions for modifications and defects are put forward.
