This article according to the ytterbium ion energy level structure and the ytterbium ion dynamic balance equation,set up a mathematical model,through Matlab analysis of factors related to the output power. Establish the thermal mode,analysis of the thermal effect of all-fiber ytterbium doped high power double fiber laser, get the fiber axial and radial temperature distribution. This design uses the pump are used by Catherine company wavelength of915nm,resonant cavity consists of Fiber Bragg grating,octagon ytterbium doped fiber as the gain medium, Combined beam splitter, cladding power strip, QBH and efficient cooling device structures build all-fiber hundreds watt ytterbium doped fiber laser platform,we get the laser stystem which power is100W, center wavelength of1079.67nm, the slope efficiency is62.8%. Analysis of the problems in the experiment of high power fiber laser research work provides sufficient theoretical support.
