Abstract/Summary:
With the improvement of modern science and technology, complex automatic control system and information processing and technology improvement. Laser detection technology as the study of interaction between light and matter and developed new subject, it has become the Modern information science of a very important component.In this paper based on the PSD ranging system conducted the thorough research to the analysis of the displacement and the relationship between various parameters and PSD and the relationship between the optical axis Angle. According to the specific needs of test system, we choose Japan Hamamatsu company S3932type PSD as distance sensor, and the PSD signal processing circuit and preamplifier circuit, and the specific design are analyzed. Through adding high-pass filter to eliminate noise and stray light. Finally choose to use PCL-812pg type high precision data acquisition card to the measured experimental signal acquisition.This paper tries to research for the CCD image processing part, due to choose different types of CCD chip in analysis principle and characteristics are different, so the analysis of the surface CCD driving sequence of the basic design requirements.
