| The pattern evaluation for measurement instruments is defined as an inspection of the pattern which can decide whether the pattern of the instrument should be approved or not. It aims at providing technical data and evaluation in the support of pattern approval. It not only directly influences the result of pattern approval, but also mostly determines the quality of products in the production sphere. In a word, the pattern evaluation is very significant for authorized measurement institutions. However, timeless, validity and normalization are not guaranteed in the traditional work pattern. In order to improve the effectiveness and normalization of pattern evaluation in the Liaoning provincial institute of measurement, it is necessary to establish an efficient management system for the pattern evaluation.On the basis of the research and analysis of procedure for the pattern evaluation, a management system for it is designed and implemented. It consists of four subsystems, namely business management, laboratory management, quality management and financial management. The system adopts the C/S three-tier architecture in system design, uses Microsoft Visual Studio2008as the development tool, C#as the development language and Oracle lOg as the database management system. The distributed communication is achieved with the technology of.Net Remoting. Resources and files can be shared and centrally managed with the FTP technology. The barcode of the sample is designed and printed by the BarTender. The data can be accessed and manipulated with the ADO.NET, stored procedure and transaction mechanism. The COM component and the electronic signature are applied to support the information automation. According to the different responsibilities of users in different departments, the system implements strict access control. The business procedure of the pattern evaluation is standardized through the system in the meantime.In this thesis, the development background and the purpose of the system are briefly introduced firstly. Then, the key technologies used in project development are given. According to software development process, the requirement analysis of the system is explicated in detail firstly, including the information-based procedure reengineering and analysis of system functions and data flow. Then, the overall design and the functional module design are proposed respectively. The database design is introduced further. Based on the design of the system, the implementation of main functional modules are described in detail and the key technologies are given. Finally, unit test, integration test, validation test and system test are put forward on the basis of software test strategy. It is proved that the system basically meets all the users’functional and non-functional requirements. At the same time, it not only standardizes the business procedure of the pattern evaluation, but also improves the timeliness and effectiveness of work. |
