Wireless sensor network technology has been considered in the21st century to informationtechnology, economic, and social progress play an important part in technology, this technologyhas great potential of development and application is very extensive, can be applied to intelligenthousehold, environmental monitoring, military defense field, traffic safety management, minesafety monitoring, etc.Due to the sensor node by environment, volume and cost factors limit, that a lot of wirelesssensor network node usually adopt non recovery type application model, through the sincecarrying power supply, electricity depletion, the sensor node exit network and failure. So in orderto make the sensor node carries a limited energy is efficient use, will need to use the advancedcontrol method to prolong the service life of the whole network.In this paper, the wireless sensor network routing energy-saving research system areanalyzed and summarized, and based on this, a deep research on the problem of the sensornetwork energy hole, and achieved certain results.The main research contents include:1. According to fixed boundary layer model of sensor network life restriction, puts forwardthe Dynamic layer boundary model, namely DBL (Dynamic boundary layer) model. In the DBLmodel, according to the distance of the Sink node hop count will node points in different layers,each layer can contain multiple variety. When the cluster head rest energy below the limit value,the trigger network reconstruction. Node in the network before and after reconstruction of thelayer Numbers can be different, these layer Numbers change node can cause layer boundary toSink the direction of movement, and cluster size changes. Therefore, in the network life cycle,the boundary between adjacent layer according to need dynamic change, the size of a cluster isthe dynamic change. DBL model overcame the fixed boundary layer of the limitation, can adaptto the initial topology connected in any network, balance between different cluster head ofenergy consumption, is better able to prolong the network lifetime.2. To the DBL model-based study energy hole problem. First, load distributioncharacteristics of the WSN node idle listening and idle listening. Based on the research results,similar nodes load distribution (load similar node distribution) strategy that is based on researchfindings, more nodes are placed in the area of heavy load, so that the regional node energyconsumption tends to balance, so as to solve the problem of energy hole in WSN. This section through random node distribution, comparative analysis of uniform distribution of nodes and thesimulation of such a strategy, powerful description of the method can be used to balance theenergy consumption, extend network life better. This section, although they are the DBLmodel-based, but still have some applicability for multi-hop sensor network.
