In China, many loudspeaker production plants seek for a whole alteration of its productive way, which develop a complete set of automatic line and corresponding technics. Thus, they can enlarge reproduction advance productive efficiency and its quality, boost economic interests.The paper introduces the automation production equipment, develops and designs an air-pressure droved control loop based on PLC. The research has realizes automatic control to the air-droved component and stepping motor, improves the automation control level and reliability of the system, which insure the repetition and stability of technics. The research contents are:(1) Studying the principle of pulling loudspeaker magnetic compasses machine, productive technology of manufacturing loudspeaker magnetic compasses, the shortcoming of pulling loudspeaker magnetic compasses on assembly line, design the executive body, feeding manipulator1, feeding manipulator2, locating device and space agency.(2) Design the control system of pulling loudspeaker magnetic compasses machine, including Control system overall figure, selecting hardware, control function and hardware configuration.(3) Applying the software of PLC, develop the ladder diagram of pulling loudspeaker magnetic compasses machine. Applying the software of GTWIN, develop the HMI.The air-droved component has many outstanding merits, such as the convenient and un-polluted air source, easy installment, high celerity, safety and reliability, lustration, integration especially far-distant transmission. So the model excels other traditional ways. Thus the automation production equipment has adopted air-pressure drive. Its whole component introduces the product of SMC Company. The drive line system uses cylinders as the executive element. The molding machine that introduced in the paper based on PLC possesses a strict structure, and large installment room, rapid reaction as well as high safety. Moreover owing to the direct link between PLC and magnetic switch, leave out many intermediate link and predigest control system. PLC program is simple and easily be amended, which ensure the convenient adjustment to motion sequence of system. The study of this text has certain theoretic and practical and promote value.
