The detecting system works on the water, with the influence of wind, wave, surge, flow and other factors it will roll and pitch and affect its detecting precision. If the motion is large enough, the system will not work. To ensure the normal operation of the system it needs a stabilized platform which can isolate the pitch and roll motion to keep the detecting system in a relatively horizontal state and in a normal operation state throughout.Based on the need for the design of the stabilized platform, this paper researched on the attitude measurement and control technology of the platform. Firstly, the paper summarized the development of usual stabilized platforms and related technology at home and abroad. Secondly, the characteristics of usual stabilized platforms were analyzed and an electromechanical parallel mechanism stabilized platform was designed.The corresponding kinematics model was also established. Then the technologies related to the stabilized platform control system and the realization of software and hardware was related in detail. Measurement and control system of the stabilized platform was designed and manufactured based on TMS320F2812, attitude of the platform was measured through the method of inertial measurement, using digital pulse width modulation technology the PID algorithm and the motor S speed curve planning of the moving platform for feedback control was realized and the system used ARINC429as the communication bus to improve the communication reliability. Finally, the main function of the system was debugged and the tracking experiment was also simulated, and results indicated that the main technical index of the system was achieved and the expected purpose was reached.
