With the gradual aging of our society,medical issues have become the key topics of the social people's livelihood in our country.The traditional medical model has some issues,such as the excessive concentration of the high quality of medical resources,the low efficiency of classification diagnosis and the difficulty of medical treatment in different places.The rapid development of mobile internet and intelligent mobile devices hastened the development of mobile medical service model.Through the mobile health,we can implement the optimizing allocation of medical resources,reducing the cost of medical treatment in different places and slowing down the pressure of traditional medical service.As a supplementary way of medical resource allocation,mobile health plays a very crucial role in emergency treatment and daily care of chronic disease patients,and it has become an important measure for the government to promote equalization of the health services.The goal of this paper is to research and analyze the signaling control and media communication module in the real time communication process,and research the technologies such as SIP,SDP and WebRTC.Rely on online inquiring business model,a real time communication platform for doctors and patients is designed to achieve online medical inquiry service model of mobile medical service platform.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Study the architecture of WebRTC.And research the SIP,SDP protocol of signaling control and the issue of NAT traversal in communication process,which provides a technical foundation for the research and implementation of real time communication platform.(2)Design the more refined hierarchical model.And each function module is researched in the form of classified submodule.In this way we can improve the scalability of the platform.(3)Analyse the online inquiring service of the communication platform.And design the communication link based on WebRTC,which is to adapt the business model of the single inquiry and multiple consultation.(4)Research the signaling control scheme that is suitable for inquiring business.The signaling proxy control module of B2BUA structure is designed,and it interacts with the media agent module,which is to implement the signaling control of the terminals.(5)The media proxy control module is designed.Resource reservation and load control are carried out by periodically obtaining the performance parameters of media proxy server,which is to achieve the transfer communication of the media data of terminals.
