In this thesis, key technologies of the tracking system in radars, such as point track processing, resource management, beam control, environmental adaptability, and target tracking etc., were studied, based on the development of multifunctional phased array radars.Firstly, the point track processing technology was disintegrated in view of function into several sub-technologies, which were then elaborated both theoretically and methodologically, sequentially.Secondly, the resource management and control of phased array radars was analyzed. With a thorough study on its functional module, an effective algorithm of resource control was presented.Finally, the target tracking technology was well studied. A method of obtain the navigational track relevance was presented, based on an idea of combing the dynamic partitioning and the overall relevance processing. With this method, both the efficiency and the accuracy of the navigational track relevance analysis were significantly increased.In summary, the key technologies of the track system in phased array radars were analyzed and disintegrated, and then the methods and workflow to deliver those technologies in phased array radars were presented, in a reasonably practical way.
