Design And Implementation Of Control Systems Carousel

The carousel is a new kind of automatic storage system,which is focus on the digital management of files,books,tools,guns or other objects,it has a better ability to keep objects safety.It was used widely in the army.police.fire protection and court systems in recent years.Based on this background,this paper will deeply study the design and implementation of electrical control system of the carousel.The main work of the paper includes:(1) At first, the overall design program of the carousel control system should be certained.The overall design program,which is consisted of motor control module,HMI module,communication module that including ZigBee wireless communication and LED position locating module,is based on LPC2132of ARM7microcontroller core.(2) Secondly, the hardware of the carousel control system should be designed. According to the overall design program.the hardware platform should be builded.The main work of this stage are the selection of control chip,the design of electric circuit and PCB.(3) In the third,the software of the carousel control system should be accomplished.The main work of this stage is the design of the driver procedure of hardware modules.And complete the process design of the whole software system according to the logic of the control system.(4) The function test of the carousel control system is the last part of this paper.Test every module and the whole control system,then give the results of the test.And complete the function test with the PC control system.The carousel control system was already accepted by the project investor,and every part of the system can achieve the expected purpose.At present,the system was been sold as a product and got widely praised from clients.
