| With the bandwidth demand of kinds of data services such as3G to transmission network is increasing, the IP-based business has become an important trend. Efficient packet technology transfer and carrier-class quality of service provide a solution to business requirement. The development of packet technology in the optical transport networks were introduced firstly in this paper. Sketched the principal of packet technology, analyzed the PTN and IP RAN two kinds of packet technology and then proposed the strategies of packet network networking and the networking ideas according to business needs. Combined with engineering practice, discussed the future development ideas of packet transmission network and the way of networking in the last of this paper. |
