Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic(LTCC) technology, one type of Co-fired ceramic Multi-Chip Module(MCM-C), is a high-integration and multilayer-printed packaging technology. Some passives, e.g. resister, capacity, inductor, filter, antennas, can integrate inside the LTCC module, and, the chip can be placed on a same thick depth cavity. That brings a bran-new design conception and methods in the domain of traditional microwave and millimeter-wave circuits and systems. In this thesis, the design of Balanced C-band Low Noise Amplifier Based on LTCC technology has been studied.The first, this subject introduces the superiority of LNA and the development of LTCC technology all the world.Concerning about LTCC technology.it details the way of making the LTCC module, selecting material and the rule of design. And it discusses the problem in the development of LTCC technology.Also, this paper introduces the main parameter of LNA. The rule of selected component and software and design methods are involved in this thesis. Then, we testify the result of the design, analyze the data, and show the picture of the product,finally, give some advice about next step of this subject.On the low noise amplifier circuit, the design meets the design requirement, and lays a good foundation for the later design work.
