Nowdays, Wireless communication technology is very popular. Wireless sensor networks are research focus. Wireless sensor networks can be used in all kinds of fields. But it is very easy to be interference. In the geological exploration, medical, battlefield, received data must be High-precision. Therefore, in order to improve the reliability of wireless sensor networks, we use Error Control Coded. The performance of LDPC is good in high operation efficiency and error correction capability. So it is very suitable for wireless sensor networks.Wireless sensor networks operational capacity and energy supply is limited, so we design check matrix through the use of QC-PEG. In the decoding algorithm, we design Belief propagation decoding algorithm, Log-Belief propagation decoding algorithm and the min-sum decoding algorithms. Through simulations, We know the min-sum decoding algorithm has the same performance with Log-Belief propagation decoding algorithm in the same code length. But the min-sum decoding algorithm is simpler than Log-Belief propagation decoding algorithm, so it is more suitable for wireless sensor networks.Finally, based on the analysis of wireless sensor network energy efficiency, we found the use of LDPC codes in wireless sensor network can reduce the energy consumption of nodes, and can meets the system bit error rate requirements.
