Dsign And Realization On The Nankai Worker University Training Center Management Information System

Currently, information socialization is the trend of the times, information sharing and management play more and more important role to the whole social development. The establishment of education unit management information system has increasingly become an important symbol of measuring overall level of an education institution. At present, the establishment of colleges’informatization and campus network has undergone a tremendous change and innovation, and is still keeping a state of complete and updated. At the same time, relevant training units also continuously improve their school characteristics, and developed more and more teaching management information systems which adapt the needs of units.Nankai Worker University Training Center belongs to Nankai Worker University, based on teacher resources and hardware equipments of Nankai Worker University, the Center has taken a teaching model of‘multi-type, multi-format, multi-channel and multi-level’since its establishement. According to the characteristics and educational direction of training center, and on the purpose of improving work efficiency, it will be have a more important and far-reaching practical and strategic significance for developing a teaching management information system that suitable for training center. In the fields of teaching and management, the use of this system can make management more informatization, sequencing and standardization. Further improve work efficiency; fully use of existing teaching resources; improve teaching level and management methods to constantly perfect management problems existing in the work.When develops the system, first analysed the development history of current teaching management information system. Made comprehensive exposition and argument to system’s integrity from the view of pratical development process, and proposed general methods on how to develop the management information system. Second, analysed and discussed from the view of system overall function, on the basis, comprehensively designed and planned to system on the purpose of application, then analysed the whole system framework from the view of software engineering. Discussed systemic design methods, the contents include J2EE framework implementation method designed by display layer, data layer and business layer from multi-layered software system, efforts to protect this system have the features of perfect portability, deployability and easy maintenance, etc. Through above analysis, discussion and research, proposed general framework design of this management information system. Finally, has achieved system’s four modules, Login, User management module, Student status management module, Teaching plan management module and Course management module.
