The improvement of communication technology, the innovation of Web application technology, the development of wireless Internet and the involvement of the various operators, not only makes internet routing complicated and multi-operator slow, but also brings great challenges to network services such as video and web pages.CDN (Content Delivery Network) is the specialized integrated platform based on Internet. Through the content smart routing of application layer, it can automatically guarantee the user to achieve the nearest access to the website. It also provides efficient, stable, secure content and application service to websites.At the same time of large-scale Web application using a CDN, the quality of CDN acceleration has attracted much attention. Traditional speed measuring method is to add Javascript monitor code (a kind of relatively safe client cript language based on the object and event driven), when the user access to the server, it will send monitoring data. The traditional way of speed monitoring has some shortcomings, such as missing the TCP establishing time and not performing Javascript code which will lead to unable to get data. Aiming at making up these shortcomings, this paper proposes an active monitoring model by simulating the real user behavior, monitoring client, and accessing the monitored page. Then,this paper designs a Content Delivery Network monitor system based on Web platform.It deploys a combination way of active monitoring and traditional Javascript monitoring to collect more completed date. After categorized analysis, from the speed, time slot and provinces aspects, the paper visually displays the model which can fully analyze the CDN quality.
