Construction of high-quality curriculum is an important component in the highereducational teaching quality and teaching reform project of the Ministry of Education.In building-up digital campus, the application of modern information technology, theadvantage of talents in universities and colleges as well as cultural heritage andinnovation, can facilitate high-quality curriculum construction, which can not onlyeffectively promote the development of model programs but also demonstrate theadvanced teaching concept, unique teaching method and fruitful teachingachievements of teachers in universities and colleges.Nowadays, the construction of high-quality curriculum is based onindependently-founded websites, which witness several shortcomings, such asinsufficient function, inconvenient operation, lack of interactivity, ineffectivelyunified management and dynamic sharing of curriculum resources. In this dissertation,the author applied software engineering technology and developed high-qualitycurriculum resources platform, which is based on the advanced education theory,effectively integrates excellent curriculum resources and realizes unified managementof curriculum and multilateral data sharing. The improved function and convenientoperation of the platform can greatly reduce the technology threshold for curriculumconstructors. Through using this platform, students can easily have self-study andinteract with others anywhere and anytime. This platform surely will bring greatconvenience to school teaching.The dissertation, firstly, analyzed the history and the development trend ofhigh-quality curriculum platforms at home and abroad, surveyed the informatizationlevel of high-quality curriculum platforms, and researched on object orientedtechnology, the features of B/S(Browser/Server) structure system and.Net technologyin all directions. Secondly, based on all-round requirement analysis of the system, thedissertation elaborated three-tier structure of the system with each functional module,and the database design of SQL Server2005, which is full of excellent extensibility.According to the functions, modules are divided into administrator module and theteachers-students module. The administrator module includes bulletin board management, course management, courseware management, interchange modulemanagement, user management (teachers and users), administrator informationmanagement and log-out function. The teachers-students module include bulletinboard browse, course browse, courseware download, question submitting and solvingin the interchange module (login required), website internal search and personal space.Finally, some functional modules have been programmed and realized with theobject-oriented programming language. Through integrating, deploying and testingsystem software and hardware, the dissertation analyzes and discusses test results,presenting the direction for the future improvement and research of the system.
