| Electronic incense burner is a product of modern technology and traditional culture of incense burner. Historically, incense burner always has a lot of effects, people constantly continue the development of its use. Electronic incense burner is made of chip with modern high-tech, no open flame, sending out a more original fragrance. Because of the ease of use, the ease of clean, saving time and effort, electronic incense burner has become the most widely used at present, the most popular, the safest, most convenient way of incense.This article is incense burner control system design based on ATmega8MCU, system mainly includes two parts of the upper machine and lower machine. The upper computer system consists of a monitoring interface, by visual programming language Visual Basic6.0, mainly including temperature display module, key control module, timing module, and serial port communication protocol processing module. Lower computer is a control system based on ATmega8MCU, is the core of the incense burner control system. It can not connect to the host computer as a separate control, the lower computer itself is a complete product. The hardware part mainly includes liquid crystal display, external keys, heating temperature control and fan start-stop control, software part adopts C language program, mainly including liquid crystal display module, key program modules, data acquisition module, the heating and cooling temperature control module, fan control module and MCU and PC communication program module and so on, we conduct program compilation and code debugging through the ICCAVR and AVRStudio software; between the upper and lower computer through the USB interface proceed to communicate, its interface chip is CH340T, the virtual COM port for data communication, real-time the ATmega8, collected data to transmit to the host computer for dynamic display and data updated in real time, while the upper computer can also output a control signal for the control of the temperature.Through on-line debugging, the results show that incense burner control system based on ATmega8microcontroller design can be stable operation, be satisfied with the functional requirements of users. The communication of upper computer and lower computer is reliable, and system operation is simple, monitoring interface is friendly, it is able to give the result to the user through the human-computer interaction response in a timely manner, achieving real-time monitoring, and basically reaches the requirements of the design. |
