The key of realizing auto industry integrated supply chain system to coordinate isthat intergrated vehicle manufacturing enterprises of internal supply chain of suppliers,distributors and users, forming an aggregate. Attached with the main suppliers,distributors and users to establish a good partnership, is the key to success for the carindustry integrated supply chain. In order to achieve integration with external supplychain, vehicle manufacturing enterprises must adopt appropriate information technology(such as the Internet technology), let the enterprise’s internal information system andexternal supply chain enterprises interface highly, to achieve information sharing andinformation exchanging, realize the processe processing efficiently. It is to build the carindustry integrated supply chain information system.The system is based on the B/S, intergrateing with barcode system in the OracleEBS (E-Business Suite) development platform, can greatly improve the efficiency ofbusiness process and information sharing, the logistics issue production planning,purchasing planning, logistics production planning and replenishment, finished off theassembly line, storage products, refined grid, spare parts sale replenishment and otherfunctions, for replenishment, replenishment receiving loading single generating,finished off the assembly line, storage products and finished products start withhandheld terminal scanning transmission function.This paper describes the realizing process of the logistics and MRP system design,including: system requirements analysis, functional analysis, database designing and theusing of system realizing in this system.
