Finding a path to agriculture modernization is advocated in China. Withresearch and application of agriculture more and more attracting our attention,greenhouse production becomes a key link of developing high-efficient agriculture.In our country, the monitoring of greenhouse environment parameter is mostlymanaged by users. It’s a waste of production cost and human resources. In this way,it’s difficult to achieve the expecting economic benefit. The greenhouse environmentmonitoring system, contains intelligent, centralization and remoting, is used toresolve the present problems of greenhouse management in our country.Greenhouse environment monitoring system mainly consists of managementcenter, centralized monitoring node, field monitoring node, sensor and actuator. Thefield monitoring node is used to finish the detecting of temperature, humidity, CO2consistency and light intensity by sensors. The centralized monitoring node is used tofinish the monitoring and recording of environment parameters by microcontrollerand wireless RF module. Management center, with kinds of interface modules, isused to remote monitor greenhouse environment conveniently for user. As thecommunication medium, the ZigBee wireless network is used to finish datatransmission between centralized monitoring node and field monitoring node. As thecommunication medium,the radio transceiver wireless network is used to finish datatransmission between management center and centralized monitoring node.The data real-time ransmission and monitoring of all areas of greenhouse couldbe accomplished by greenhouse environment monitoring system based on wirelessnetworks. By making use of this system, greenhouse production could save manyhuman resources. Users could finish the information remote control with wirelessnetwork. They needn’t go to the greenhouse in person. Consequently, research ongreenhouse environment monitoring system based on wireless networks has vitalpractical significance and wide application prospects.
