In modern agriculture, in order to speed up the growth of crop, to achieve the purpose of high quality and high yield, we need to monitor the greenhouse environment, and then combined with the growth pattern of the crop, we can control the environment inside the greenhouse, and realize regulation of the environment within the greenhouse, it is the greenhouse environmental control technology. With the rapid development of computer technology, communication technology, as well as various types of sensor technology, modern greenhouse environment parameters monitoring system has become a hot research topic for modern agriculture. In this paper,a greenhouse environment parameters monitoring system have been designed through combining with sensor technology and communication technology.and the research of sensor network and low power consumption technology is focused on.This paper first describes the current situation and development of domestic and international greenhouse environmental parameters monitoring system; then in accordance with the requirement, it analyses the feasibility of the monitoring system, presents the design and implementation of monitoring system scheme. The system uses a computer as a host computer system to display the collected data; MSP430 microcontroller is used as the lower computer to collect a variety of sensor output signals, including air temperature, humidity, soil temperature and moisture content, as well as the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air and light intensity; the upper and the lower machine group network via the ZigBee protocol, to realize the wireless data exchange:bit machine nodes are all ZigBee wireless network nodes, they can be used as a repeater to pass the data to facilitate a wide range of long-distance data acquisition; The ZigBee wireless network can also record data flow and data path.The lower machine and sensors use the battery power supply, low-power processors and sensors, and give full consideration to the power management and conversion efficiency.On the basis of the project analysis, we have designed the hardware circuit and'software program.It includes a MSP430 microcomputer minimum system circuit design, all kinds of sensors and Zigbee module that is connected with the SCM(single chip microcomputer) circuit design, circuit design and other ancillary circuit design etc in hardware circuit design. It mainly includes two parts in program design, upper and lower machine, lower position machine procedure uses the C language to write, including AD acquisition software design, temperature sensor of 1-wire devices software design, the humidity sensor IIC interface software design and software design of the low power consumption; the host computer program is written by the VC++6.0 MSComm control,to achieve data display and preservation.The last we summarize the design of greenhouse environment parameters monitoring system, and analyse the system power consumption and the drawback of the system and improving direction, in order to prepare for the next research work.
