The Budget Management System Based On B/S Architecture

This article is based on the Procurement Budget Management System of JiangSU Province HIGH-TECH Innovation Service Center. The purpose of the article is to further regulate the procurement activities of JiangSU Province HIGH-TECH Innovation Service Center, improve the quality and efficiency of procurement, promote clean government.This article describes the development trends at home and abroad about the Procurement Budget Management System. Combined with the actual situation in JiangSU Province HIGH-TECH Innovation Service Center,analysis of the current problems that exist in the procurement process, in support of related theory, through the research on various departments of JiangSU Province HIGH-TECH Innovation Service Center for several times, reference to the related systems of other enterprises and institutions,we take full requirements analysis.In the design process, taking into account of the current problems in the procurement process of JiangSU Province HIGH-TECH Innovation Service Center. According to the fiscal budget execution method of JiangSU Province HIGH-TECH Innovation Service Center.we discuss the architecture of Procurement Budget Management System, the composition of function modules in detail. In the development process of the project, I was involved in the monitoring and management of the project. Finally,we completed Procurement budget management system for easy use.
