Real-time chiri-cal consmlfation is a kind of discipline combined with computer network technology and medical research. It can establish a new service model through remote consultation between medical specialists and patients. Moreover, it greatly reduce medical costs and shorten treatment time regardless of the places of the patients such as original hospital or at home. Therefore it is imperative to accelerate rural real-time chiri-cal consmlfation systems in remote areas.Remote rural areas lack medical resources such as large-scale medical examination apparatus, medical personnel can not own high level of technology. So it is too difficult to achieve diagnosis of incurable diseases and other issues. In this paper, we discuss the study and implementation for real-time chiri-cal consmlfation system in remote rural areas.In this study, we uses real-time chiri-cal consmlfation technology, real-time chiri-cal consmlfation clinical path technology, remote monitoring technology and diagnostic methods in order to establish rural information platform in remote areas. System enables improve the survival rate of critically ill patients in rural areas through developing long flowing emergency surgery care. Remote clinical rounds can get the expert guidance. Remote testing means the specimens were sent to the hospital by bus or by ships. So the patient via real-time chiri-cal consmlfation information service platform to check the test results.Remote appointment registration makes farmers make an appointment and hospitalization in the internet. Regular medical personnel in rural can have continuing education and training by remote training. We establish electronic health records of farmers by remote management for farmers femoral desease prevention, maternal and child health, chronic care and disease control, etc. Systems achieve management objectives through the guidance and control of township. In the same time, the system also established a rural digital medical equipment risk assessment model and successfully applied. We achieve a high-quality management and sharing of effective medical resources, protect data integrity, timeliness and interchangeability of the consultation patients by using integration technology of real-time chiri-cal consmlfationApplication of this system can greatly reduce the days of patients in hospital and reduce medical costs. Meanwhile it improves the diagnostic efficiency and time. This system created a new service model between medical experts and patients, provides a demonstration application for the new health care reform.
