This system is based on student achievement management of Guizhou MinZu University, used object-oriented manner and theoretical to analysis and design of the system.Firstly, the thesis introduced the student achievement management system research background and significance, and gaved the main work and thesis structure. Secondly, the thesis gaved a technical overview of system development, including management information systems and UML overview. Then thesis carried out a detailed needs analysis of the system, including business requirements analysis, functional requirements analysis, data requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis. In business requirements analysis, the thesis described the system operations, and used UML activity diagram to show the system’s main business process analysis, in functional requirements analysis, the thesis used UML use case diagram and use case descriptions to describe the functional requirements of each module analysis, analysis of the data requirements of the system are given by conceptual classes and class diagrams abbreviated representation, the thesis also gave non-functional requirements of the system. Then, the thesis gave the system design, including overall system design, system features modular design, the system database design. In the overall design gave the system design principles, system architecture design, system architecture design feature, the system’s main function module is divided into basic information management, curriculum management, student management, assessment management, performance management, system management, and other functional modules, in the system features modular design, the thesis gave the functional structure package diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams processes of each functional modules, in the database design part, the thesis gave E-R diagrams tables’ structure to give the detailed design.
