Therefore, performance management system to develop a powerful, to achieve student performance management system, standardization, automation, to improve the students’ performance management efficiency by using the modern computer technology and network technology.This paper introduces the background, significance and research status of project of Guizhou Communication Vocational College student achievement management system, clear the system design objectives, system development method and related technology, discusses the technical architecture of the system; the system carried out a detailed needs analysis, including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non functional requirements, the process flow diagram, use case diagram and class diagram gives the system concept, the use case description; in the system design, system design and module design, the structure chart of the function module design is given (the package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram)(collaboration diagram) and processing flow diagram, detailed design, and the concept design and logical design of database, the database design of the E-R diagram and table structure. This system with Microsoft.NET and SQL Server2008as the tool, using C/S and B/S model are combined, using C#language to complete the analysis and design of performance management system. Compared with other similar systems, this system has strong maintainability, friendly interface, simple and easy to learn, can realize the share of information resources of various departments is very good, can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of student achievement management.
