The ventilator is widely used in anesthesia, various respiratory failure, respiratorymanagement and resuscitation during the surgeries and it plays an important role in currentmedical field. However, some side effects for the ventilator are exposed in the wideapplications in clinical recently, such as asynchrony between a ventilator and its patient,asynchrony breathing and ventilator lung. As we all know the electrical activity of diaphragmis produced by the diaphragm, even though it might be a very tinny signal, but it appearsearlier than the air pressure and flow, and it can reflect the time for exhaling and inhaling andthe level of breathing ether, so if we develop a ventilator making the use of the electricalactivity of diaphragm, we can get an higher synchronization between the machine and patient,it will be much more precise, comfortable, and reliable.We use the electrical activity of the diaphragm triggered as the base model, and suppliedby a variety of other normal trigger modes to solve the currents disadvantages of ventilators.High performance microprocessor and reasonable system architecture are necessary for datacollecting and motion controlling, so we using the ARM MCU with excellent data-processingability, the data-processing parts are used for data collecting and data processing; the ARMparts are used for GUI and motion controlling. The motion controlling board will be mainlyintroduced in the following.Considering the high responsibility, reliability and series of circuits surrounded themicroprocessor of the control board, STM32F407is used as the microprocessor, on thecontrol board there are other circuits such as air pressure sensors, SPI communication circuits,USART communication circuits, motor driving circuits. Finally the design turns out to bereasonable after debugging.
