Home ventilator management system is an automatic system based on computer technology and information technology, with the development and popularization of home ventilator, home ventilator management system acquired a wide attention as an auxiliary subsystem and synergy subsystem. Home ventilator management system was used to monitor and control the home ventilator, the real-time data acquisition and analysis function is also designed in the subsystem, Abnormal alarm function and human-computer interaction function is added to the system. Home ventilator system is part of the foundation of telemedicine and cloud medical.Currently, home ventilator management systems still remain as embedded, miniaturization and localization ones, they can complete the mission of basic storage and analysis of the medical data, but mechanisms of information storage and interactive mode need to be improved, these problems limit the effect of home ventilator. Based on the analysis of the demand of the ventilator management system, this paper puts forward a kind of cloud management system, which is composed of three parts:Data Center, browser terminal and mobile client.The data center of the cloud management system is used to connect and monitor the ventilator, medical data produced by connected ventilator is stored and provided to the browser plug-in and mobile client. Development of data center begin at the design of the data sheet according to the user roles of the system, and data reception function is designed based on socket overlapped I/O mode, the database system composed of real-time part and historical part is designed based on FastDB, and the database access interface and real-time-historic dump interface is also designed in this paper. Data center realize the real-time data trend analysis based on Proessentials tool, and achieve the ventilation validity checking and login verification based on the Luhn algorithm, alarm push function is also designed collaborated with browser plugin and mobile client.The goal of the browser plug-in of Cloud management system is to provide browser access of the system, whose functional focused on the ventilator data acquisition and analysis. In this paper, we define the communication protocol between the various subsystems, and the alarm push function was achieved based on the multi-thread synchronization technology, drawing and display functions were realized using Proessentials tool. Browser plug-ins was carried and embed into the web documents, authentication certificate and object security interface technology was used to ensure the security of the plug-in.The mobile client of the Cloud management system is designed to provide short-range login and remote access service for the user, and broaden the scope of application in both LAN and WAN environment. Remote access service means the mobile client execute data analysis and display using data center as a repeater, the short-range login means the client establish a point-to-point connection to a ventilator and fetch medical data through this connection. The device wake-up function of Mobile client was implemented based on hybrid mode and frame length encoding, and ventilator sniffer function was designed based on the LAN broadcast, data trend analysis and display was achieved based on AChartEngine graphics engine.The home ventilator cloud management system passed the function test and performance test, the correctness and availability of the design was proved.
