In recent years, with the rapid development of the smart phones and other mobile devices, the needs of information acquired through mobile terminals for travels become more intense. However, the current mobile terminal traffic information service application software still has problems, such as the single traffic information, poor real-time. The current mobile terminal traffic information service application software can neither meet the multiple needs of travels, nor provide the travels with the friendly user experience. How to provide the travels with real time traffic information in multiple angles and make travels access to mobile terminal mobile terminal conveniently have became the mobile terminal traffic information service application software needs improve and solve.In view of the current problems of traffic information service application software, in this paper, we have been building the dynamic traffic information service application software used to meet the development of information era, which is based on the iPhone smartphone platform, and combines with the MVC model, using the video codec technology and network data transmission security technology. The main work is as follows:1. In view of the problem existing in the current traffic information service application software, such as poor flexibility and real-time traffic information, this topic is for HangZhou traffic information service system, which is designed and developed based on the iPhone, combining with the MVC model, and provides travelers with real-time video, pictures and other dynamic traffic information, and all of these improve the flexibility and real-time traffic information service. 2. In view of the problem of the poor real-time traffic information in current traffic information service application software, we combine with FFmpeg video decoding tool, and through the study of the compilation of FFmpeg, cutting, grafting, design simple mp4players. The results show that the new designed player, which improve H.264decoding efficiency as well as the real-time video playback.3. In view of the data transmission security problems in current wireless communication network, we use MD5hash symmetric encryption algorithm and DES encryption algorithm to encrypt the network data, such as user name, password, video, pictures, and traffic incidents. These measures improve the network security of the data in the transmission.
