Laser has been rapidly developing since its birth. With its widely used in various field,with the development of laser divdes and high-power semiconductor laser array. Phaselock technique is widerly used to improve the beam quality of high power semiconductorlaser arry. In this paper, based on the working principle of the semiconductor laser(SL)this paper analyse the SL’s structure and performance, in addition, this paper introducesthe array technology and gives a detail analysis of it. Further study the nature of Gaussianbeam, transmission rule and characteristic parameters, and introducing external carityphase lock definition. The light intensity coupling coefficient between each cell isanalysised and calculated. On this basis, using MATLAB language editor to simulate themap of light intensity, light field pattern, gaussian beam of light intensity, the light fielddiagram of a single luminous cell, a comprehensive map of individual luminous cell by thecavity mirror reflected back to array face light field pattern and other cell coupling into acell of the intensity. Finally, the programming thought and process are detailed analysed.The research results have a certain significance to improve the semiconductor laser arrayof power and array of various units of the coupling between the intensity, and providecertain theory reference to each luminous element spacing limited.
